Balloons

Most properties route floral deliveries through reception, concierge, security, or an event desk. Contacting the hotel first helps confirm its policy for Balloons gifts.

Add the guest's name, hotel contact details, check-in date, and event information when delivery is tied to a banquet or conference. Add a card message such as "A little lift for a very big reason to celebrate."

The most useful starting point is a colorful balloon bouquet paired with flowers when a fuller gift is desired. Choose a size that suits the guest room, lobby, dining table, or event location.

Same-day service varies by location and design. Flexible flower choices and an early order help the local florist coordinate with hotel staff.
